Thank You! Great Job!

I found that there was only one job from my past at which I truly enjoyed working. It was in a diet office of a community hospital. It was the job itself that left an impression on me. The manager had faith in me and was always telling me what a wonderful job I was doing. A day never went by without me hearing how impressed he was with me. It wasn't just me, all the employees heard it. Working there was great!

I have since moved on, and two jobs later I still haven't found
that same job satisfaction I had there. I find I only hear about
my job performance when I mess up or at review time. It took me
awhile to realize that what I was missing was hearing those four
little words -- Thank You! Great Job! So, since my boss isn't
about to take the time to say it, I now tell myself out loud.
Then it hit me, "If I feel this way, many other people must feel
the same way, too."

Well, I would like to take this opportunity to give those
well-deserved words, " Thank You! Great Job" to:
